Behind every
good script
is a real conversation.

Rewardlattice works one-on-one with clients who need video scripts and presentation scripts that actually land. Founded in 2022 and based in Lismore, we handle the full process — from initial brief to final draft — with direct, ongoing communication at every stage.

How this practice actually works

Writing for video and presentations is a specific craft — structure, pacing, and spoken rhythm all matter differently than written prose.

One client, one writer, no handoffs

Each project at Rewardlattice stays with a single writer from start to finish. There are no account managers between you and the person doing the work. Questions get answered directly, revisions happen in real conversation, and the brief sharpens as we go.

Most clients come with a rough idea — a product launch, a training module, a keynote. The first step is always a detailed intake: audience, tone, platform, length. That conversation shapes everything that follows.

Scripts delivered here are written for the ear, not the eye. Sentence length, pause placement, and word choice all get adjusted for how the content will be heard — whether it is read aloud by the client or voiced by a presenter.

From brief to final draft

A clear process keeps projects on track — here is what working with Rewardlattice looks like in practice.

01

Brief and context gathering

Start with a structured intake conversation — either by email or a short call. We map out the audience, the platform the script will be used on, the desired tone, and any existing material you want to draw from. Nothing gets written until the brief is solid.

02

Structure before sentences

Before any draft, we map out the script structure — key beats, section order, and transitions. For presentations, this includes slide-by-slide narrative flow. For video, it covers scene logic and call-to-action placement. You review and approve the outline before writing begins.

03

Drafting and live feedback

Drafts are shared as editable documents so you can leave inline comments. Feedback rounds are direct — no interpretation layer, no delay. The goal is a script that sounds like you want it to sound, not a generic template with your name on it.

04

Final delivery and optional read-through

Final scripts are delivered in your preferred format — plain text, formatted document, or slide-ready copy. On request, we can also do a read-through review to check pacing and flag anything that sounds awkward when spoken aloud.

Scripts built around how people actually listen

Video and presentation writing is different from copywriting or editorial work. Spoken language has its own rhythm — shorter sentences, deliberate pauses, and repetition that reinforces rather than annoys. That is the craft Rewardlattice focuses on.
