Rewardlattice provides personalised scriptwriting services for videos and presentations, delivered through direct online interaction with a specialist. Services are provided on an individual basis, with work plans tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms of each engagement are defined at the time of onboarding or through a separate service agreement. These Terms of Use apply to all interactions with our platform and services unless otherwise specified in writing.

Certain features of our services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@rewardlattice.com. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to Rewardlattice or other users.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Upon full payment for a service engagement, Rewardlattice grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered scripts and materials for your personal or business purposes as agreed. Specific ownership and licensing terms for deliverables may be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Any materials, briefs, or information you provide to us in connection with your project remain your property. By submitting such materials, you grant Rewardlattice a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your requested services.

Payment terms, pricing, and refund eligibility are outlined at the time of service engagement. All fees are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. Payments are due in accordance with the agreed schedule.

If you have a concern about a payment or deliverable, please contact us at contact@rewardlattice.com within a reasonable time. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will not affect engagements already confirmed and paid.

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a service engagement. Rewardlattice will not disclose your project details, briefs, or business information to third parties except as required to deliver the services or as required by law.

You agree not to disclose any proprietary methodologies, processes, or internal materials shared by Rewardlattice in the course of service delivery.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality work, Rewardlattice makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any deliverable for a particular purpose, guaranteed outcomes, or uninterrupted availability of our platform.

We do not guarantee that scripts or content produced will achieve specific results, audience responses, or business objectives. Results depend on a wide range of factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rewardlattice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Rewardlattice in the three months preceding the claim.

Our website or services may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms and tools. Rewardlattice is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
